The service
Encore is an early-stage live-music discovery service. It organises links and metadata around public YouTube videos, ranks live-performance candidates and plays them through YouTube’s official embedded player. Encore does not host the videos.
Your use
Do not misuse ranking feedback, performance tags, accounts or automated requests; attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits; interfere with the service; or use Encore to infringe copyright or other rights. You must also follow YouTube’s Terms of Service when using YouTube content through Encore.
Accounts
Accounts are optional and use Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity associated with your account. Encore may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect the service, other users or platform integrity.
Performance recommendations
Rankings, tags and descriptions are recommendations, not objective facts. Performance information can be incomplete or wrong and may change as Encore receives fresher metadata, better analysis and listener feedback.
Third-party content and availability
YouTube videos remain under their owners’ and YouTube’s control. A video may be removed, made private, restricted by region or become unembeddable. Encore may change, suspend or remove features while the service is being developed.
No warranty
Encore is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the service will always be available, error-free or complete.
